Trump nominees duck questions on case banning segregation

More than two dozen Trump nominees have refused to say whether the seminal Supreme Court decision banning segregation, Brown v. Board of Education, was correctly decided. President of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Sherrilyn Ifill, tells MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, Ari Melber that “those on the right and those on the left” have typically seen “no problem” expressing their support for the decision and that we would be “foolish to think” Trump nominees side-stepping “is an accident.”May 17, 2019
