Trump’s lawyer Ty Cobb is out and Clinton impeachment lawyer Emmett Flood is in -- as Mueller dials up the pressure on Trump with a subpoena threat. Congressman Ted Lieu, who serves on the House Judiciary Committee, says Rod Rosenstein and Bob Mueller are "very aware" that Trump might fire them and "yet they have very strong statements" which suggests "they've got really strong evidence." Former U.S. Attorney Guy Lewis, who worked with Mueller, predicts the fight over Trump’s testimony will go all the way to the Supreme Court, "he's going to fight this every step of the way."May 3, 2018
