Bill to extend state of emergency in France
French lawmakers have unveiled a plan to extend the state of emergency for the first time since 1961. The extension would last three months and would allow the government to enact curfews and limit travel among other restrictions. MSNBC’s Olivia Sterns reports from Paris, France on the strict measures that could be put in place.
