Growing number of states seek to block Syrian refugees
Following the Paris attacks, President Obama defended his plan to accept 10,000 Syrian refugees into the United States. Now, at least 26 governors, most of them Republican, are opposed to refugees coming to their states. Republican Congressman Vern Buchanan of Florida, who wrote a letter to the President calling for a moratorium, joins Tamron Hall on MSNBC.
