Background:We are not aware of any cap in benefits, as VHA provides individualized rehabilitation services for traumatic brain injury for the duration needed. We cannot comment further with regard to this particular Veteran without a privacy waiver from the patient and without knowing more about the assertions being made.
Additional Note: Jason should have a care coordinator and individualized rehabilitation plan through his VA facility, who may be able to address this further.
