N.J. train crash isn’t a deliberate act

Witnesses said that the N.J. train jumped the tracks, went through the wall and crashed into the waiting area in Hoboken terminal. Law enforcements said that this "is not a deliberate act" and that it was an accident. The cause of the crash is still unknown, but this is a “mass casualty situation.”Sep.29.2016
