13-year-old's hot dog stand open after attempt to shut him down

00:40

Jakwan Faulkner, a thirteen-year-old boy from Minneapolis, was selling hot dogs outside his home, when he was reported to the city’s health department for selling food without an official permit. Rather than closing down Faulkner’s stand, the city gave him a hand – helping him meet health requirements and pay for the permit. Mr. Faulkner's Old-Fashioned Hot Dogs is now up and running as an official food stand. #GoodNewsRUHLES
