#GoodNewsRUHLES: Blind man and dogs make history, finish half marathon

Thomas Panek lost his vision more than 25 years ago, making him nervous to continue his favorite hobby of running. Thanks to an organization which provides guide dogs to the visually impaired, he was able to become the first blind runner to finish the New York City half marathon led by guide dogs finishing in just over two hours and twenty minutes.
