Senate Democrats hold presser ahead of Keystone vote
Senate Democrats, led by Senators Al Franken (D-MN), Ed Markey (D-MA) and Charles E. Schumer (D-NY), hold a press conference to urge Republicans to support amendments that would require the pipeline be constructed using only American-made steel and prohibit the exporting of oil and refined product like gasoline and heating oil from the pipeline.
