Red states need more federal help to cover uninsured poor

Dr. Howard Dean, former governor of Vermont and former DNC chairman, talks with Ezra Klein about how much more red states stand to benefit from the Affordable Care Act because so many of them have done such a terrible job covering their poor through Medicaid that the federal support from the ACA will be that much greater (as will the pressure from health care providers who will benefit from that money).
