Now that my city is headed into the coldest, grayest, miserable-est part of winter, I require regular supplemental doses of sunshine and color--- or things get bad.
Not Jack Torrance in The Shining bad, but bad enough.
I suspect I’m not alone in this. (Pacific Northwest, I think you feel me after the last couple of days.)
So in an effort to lighten certain people’s moods, this season, I will periodically share something warm and anti-wintery with the TRMS faithful.
Today’s installment features artists Madsteez and MAR in balmy Venice, California, who honored longtime neighbor and art lover Dennis Hopper by painting this very cool mural.
The sun, the palm trees, the color…..ahhhh. That’s better.
