Call it a coincidence, but concurrent with the Right's new-found man-crush on the oft-shirtless Russian president Vladimir Putin, Minneapolis mayoral candidate Jeffrey Alan Wagner has adopted a similar torso-centric approach to base building. Quoth Mr. Wagner:
"I will not take money from the developers. I will not take money from the political angle. I will not even go to the strip clubs anymore. Wake the **** up!"
