Gov. Walker: Don’t worry about voter ID law

The League of Women Voters sued the state of Wisconsin today over a new law that makes it harder to vote. Wisconsin voters will have to start showing state-approved photo IDs in order to cast a ballot.

In response to the suit, Governor Scott Walker issued a four-sentence statement. This is sentence one:

There are more photo ID’s currently issued than there are registered voters in Wisconsin. 

If I remember correctly, logic class had a name for that particular brand of reasoning. Shout-out for naming it.
