Challenge: Mitt Romney and the Deathly Hellos

Point of etiquette: When invited to a party -- like, say, the Olympics -- it's best not to disparage the party's success in front of the hosts before the party has even started.

And if you try that in U.K., especially, don't expect your grievous breach of etiquette to go unnoticed by the tabloids. The Sun, legendary for its scorching headlines, summed up Mr. Romney's escapades thusly: "Mitt the twit --Wannabe US President Romney in Games insult, but David Cameron insists: We'll show you."

Ahhh, the genius of the British tabs. Sadly, the American press lacks the gleeful bile of its London counterparts, but no matter: who's up for writing some headlines -- Fleet Street tabloid style -- about the Romney visit? I'll start.

  • London Galling -- Broiling Brits to Colonial Klutz:  Yanks for Nothing
  • Git -- What You Are, What You Should Do
  • Mitt Romney’s Lying Circus -- "This is a late parrot"

Get your tab on, TRMS'ers. And we'll post the winners on Monday.
