Woman facing prison time after using ‘Stand Your Ground’ defense

31-year-old Marissa Alexander is facing 20 years in prison after being convicted of aggravated assault. She fired a warning shot into the ceiling of her home after her husband threatened her. A judge rejected her “Stand Your Ground” defense, saying Alexander could have fled the home. Critics of the case are asking if the law is applied fairly.
