Federal court blocks Texas voter ID law
Wednesday was a big win for voting rights. A federal appeals court ruled that the Texas voter ID law violates section two of the VRA. The decision comes on the eve of the 50th Anniversary of the Voting Rights Act. Gilberto Hinojosa joins in with more.
