Justice for U.S. airman who shot in self-defense?


When U.S. airman Michael Giles wounded his alleged attacker with a shot to the leg, he claimed self-defense, but he was found guilty of aggravated assault. He’s serving a 25-year sentence, but his mother wants Gov. Rick Scott to commute that sentence.Feb.21.2014
