Fixing ‘No Child Left Behind’
Today the Senate began a debate on an education bill that would overhaul the controversial “No Child Left Behind” law from the Bush era. Both Democrats and Republicans say the law should be fixed. Education Secretary Arne Duncan joins in for more.
