Watch: Michelle Obama dunks on LeBron in Let's Move video

First lady Michelle Obama teamed up with LeBron James and others from the Miami Heat to praise the benefits of healthy habits, and dunking.

A fruit-fueled and well-hydrated Michelle Obama took on NBA superstar LeBron James in her latest effort to promote the Let's Move health campaign.

In a video released Tuesday morning, the first lady teams up with players from NBA champions the Miami Heat to speak out about the benefits of eating well and drinking water. The players are already famous for videobombing each other, and now Obama is getting in on the fun.

In the clip, Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra, along with teammates Dwyane Wade and Ray Allen, conducted a courtside-style interview in the White House about their healthy habits. Then the first lady, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh run around behind them chomping on apples, sipping water, and showing off for the camera.

The highlight comes when the first lady runs across the room to dunk on the small hoop and backboard James is holding for her.

"Ooh," she exclaims as she slams the ball into the basket. Her post-dunk swagger caused everyone in the room to burst out laughing.
