'Creepy Uncle Sam' is back

The character known as "Creepy Uncle Sam" has returned with a new ad to explain why Americans are opting out of Obamacare.

He's not performing pap smears or prostate exams, but the masked character better known as "Creepy Uncle Sam" has returned with a new anti-Obamacare message for America's youth.

The latest ad from Generation Opportunity shows the patriotic figure standing in a exam room with his typically menacing grin, mangling pieces from the children's game "Operation" while a female narrator explains why young Americans have decided to "opt-out" the Affordable Care Act.

"Was it the botched roll out? Or was it because the website kept crashing?" the narrator asks.

"Because we haven't lost our f***ing minds," she continues. "We don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a doomed government program, and we're tired of footing the bill for Washington's failures."

"Our health care is not a game," she declares at the end, as "Uncle Sam" stops playing with the game, looks down, and drops his shoulders.

The ad comes after President Obama urged young supporters Wednesday to spread the word to friends and family about the benefits of affordable health care. The president took to the youth summit to take indirect jabs at Generation Opportunity and its financial ties to the conservative businessmen Charles and David Koch.

"Believe it or not, there are actually organizations that are out there working to convince young people not to get insurance," Obama said.

"Now, think about that. That’s a really bizarre way to spend your money."
