These are the lotto tickets bought by the "magicians and snake charmers" who work on this show. We lined up just like everybody else for our chance at a $640 million jackpot (as of now). So depending on how tonight's drawing goes... The latest NBC News-Marist Poll is out in Wisconsin.The headlines? Romney leads Santorum 40-33% among likely GOP voters.  The President, meanwhile, is up double digits against all Republicans in the state.  And on the subject of Gov. In a candid moment on "NOW" earlier today, former White House advisor for health policy Dr. Zeke Emanuel said that he believes that severability in the Affordable Care Act was left out as an "oversight," and not intentionally.Emanuel was asked the question directly after an exchange concerning the fate of the health care law, following Tuesday's contentious Supreme Court arguments over the health care mandate. So, the Supreme Court has wrapped up oral arguments in the case against the Affordable Care Act.  If the Court strikes down the mandate, at the very least the law would be very different - or, it could be tossed entirely.  We'll talk to Dr. Zeke Emanuel, the former White House Advisor for Health Policy - about the issues and the politics of it all.Plus - the pressure is mounting on Rick Santorum, as both George H.W.
