Now that Newt Gingrich is finding himself at the top of some polls, here come the attacks...
GOP front-runner Mitt Romney taking his focus off the general election and turning to the man nipping at his heels. Politico is reporting this morning that the Romney Camp is preparing a "robust, sustained attack" that tags Gingrich as a "Washington insider and a serial flip-flopper who can’t be trusted with the nation’s economy."
Adding to the Gingrich smack-down -- Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum and Ron Paul are sharpening their knives against Gingrich.
But will all these low-blows actually hurt everyone in the field? How low can they go??
