Anyone who has worked for a good part of their life has probably come into contact with that difficult boss–the kind that no matter what you do or how hard you work will tell you that you’re just not good enough.

For James Lipton, Governor Mitt Romney is that boss.

On the show today, the host of “Inside the Actors Studio” broke down Governor Romney’s body language and aggressive tone at last night’s debate, where the Republican nominee interrupted the President and the moderator and tried to rewrite the rules to give himself maximum speaking time.

For weeks now Lipton had been saying that Romney is, “the kind of boss that is not necessarily easy to deal with.” But after watching last night, “I thought to myself, yeah, that is the real Mitt Romney. There he is,” said Lipton. “He’s the kind of boss with whom you never feel comfortable or sure of yourself and can easily arouse anxiety in you.”

What do think? Did Romney’s performance bring back bad memories of a manager you thought you had escaped long ago?
