Since losing the Michigan primary, Rick Santorum has dropped just one percentage point among Ohio Republicans.  According to a new Quinnipiac poll out this morning, Santorum holds a 4 point lead over Mitt Romney in the Buckeye State.  The Wall Street Journal points out Ohio demographics could give Santorum an edge. In 2008, more blue collar and Evangelical Christian Republicans turned out in Ohio than Michigan.

Nationally, support for Santorum has slipped.  Today's Gallup Tracking Poll shows Santorum is down 12 points since February 20th, and trails Romney by double digits.
