Many of us at NOW took some form of Constitutional Law in college, so we're hesitant to assign too much stress on what happened in yesterday's Supreme Court oral arguments on the Affordable Care Act. But when the best legal minds in the country say that the health care law is in trouble, it does beg the question of just how Americans will react - on both sides of the aisle - if the Chief Executive's signature domestic program is deemed illegal. Today the third and final set of arguments will be heard ahead of June's ruling, and we'll talk to someone who was inside the Court yesterday.
Plus: Newt Gingrich is cutting a third of his staff in a shake-up that's designed to focus on Tampa. Is the former Speaker trying to save face, or does he have a legitimate strategy that rests upon the ongoing delegate fight between Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum? We'll have a look today at noon ET.
