SCOTUS won’t take up two cases
The justices rejected an appeal by a photographer in new Mexico, who has refused on religious grounds, to shoot a same-sex commitment ceremony. They also declined to hear another controversy over money in politics and won’t take an early look at a constitutional challenge to the NSA’s bulk collection of millions of Americans’ phone records.
