Judge to decide constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s voter ID law

Tuesday marks day two of a trial determining the fate of Pennsylvania’s voter ID law, considered one of the harshest in the country. This law was a contentious issue during last year’s presidential election but was blocked by the Supreme Court from being enforced.
