For the first time since severing ties in 1961, the United States and Cuba reopen embassies in each other's capitals. At this morning’s Washington, DC ceremony, the flag will be raised and a new plaque unveiled at the front of the building. Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla will make remarks inside the Embassy.July 20, 2015
