I have traveled to Cuba yearly since 2009 and have seen significant changes on the island over the last five years. Fifty-four years of a failed embargo has only hurt the everyday Cuban. Ron: The best way to bring Cuba (and the Middle East for that matter) into the modern world is for the U.S. to stand aside physically, engage in diplomacy and commerce, and let the people adjust on their own. Doesn't make any difference how long it takes. But we must not have embargoes or any boots on the ground.
