MSNBC’s Richard Lui discusses Iran and Trump’s immigration proposal with a tri-caucus panel: Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), first Vice chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Rep. Brenda Lawrence (D-MI), second Vice Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, and Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA), chair of the Asian Pacific American Caucus. The three criticized Trump’s immigration plan, saying it doesn’t address our immigration system’s actual problems. Regarding the civics test Trump has proposed as a requirement to enter the country, Rep. Lawrence said she’d like to see Trump pass it himself first.May 18, 2019
