Libyan officials are claiming that a NATO strike killed seven people in Tripoli early Sunday morning. The incident took place in a neighborhood where locals reportedly claim that Libya's President Moammar Gadhafi was hiding anti-aircraft weaponry. NBC's Stephanie Gosk reports.June 19, 2011
