Lawmaker: Proposed bill a license to bully

A controversial piece of anti-bullying legislation is under review in Michigan after Republican lawmakers altered language in the bill to create what critics call a “moral loophole.” State Sen. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Mich., tells msnbc’s Thomas Roberts this "horrendous" loophole is a license to bully that is partly based on homophobia.
