The Daily Rundown host Chuck Todd and guest host Luke Russert discuss the possible awkward circumstances between the two leaders given their disputes over what to do in Syria, as well as American Edward Snowden who has leaked scores of U.S. national security secrets. Obama last month canceled a separate pre-summit one-on-one meeting with Putin after Russia granted temporary asylum to Snowden.

"This is as warm as the relationship is going to look," said Todd as he watched President Obama emerge from his car to shake hands with Putin. There are no plans for the pair to meet separately during the G-20 meetings, he added.
