On Wednesday, October 29th, Morning Joe will head to Buckeye Nation for a special broadcast from the Ohio State University. The program will take place in conjunction with the 2014 Middle Market Summit. Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski will interview special guests including Former Gov. Mitt Romney (R-Mass.), Ohio Senators Sherrod Brown (D) and Rob Portman (R), and Christine Poon, dean of the Ohio State University College of Business.

msnbc.com will also live-stream the summit beginning at 8:30am ET. One likely topic of conversation at this year's summit: The U.S. unemployment rate, which fell to 5.9% in September -- the lowest level since July 2008.

There are nearly 200,000 "middle market" companies in the United States -- companies with $10 million to $1 billion in annual revenue. According to the National Center for the Middle Market, these mid-sized companies employ over 44 million people.
