Chris Hayes’ series on the GOP House members

Meet Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma's 2nd district. Here are 5 facts about the Congressman from Oklahoma's 2nd district.

1. He is one of only two American Indians in Congress.

2. Before coming to Congress Mullin owned a plumbing business.

3. Mullin thinks there are four branches of congress. He said this: "This country isn't ran by just one individual it's ran by four branches, but three branches that are in control of this."

4. And of course he is doesn't believe the President was born here: Who would've thought we would ever actually be questioning if we had a natural-born president being president... But my God if we didn't prove it the first four years, what do you think the chances are now?"

5. Mullin does not believe the physically fit should receive food stamps: "This guy was built like a brick house.  I mean, he had muscles all over him.  He was in a little tank top, pair of shorts, and really nice Nike shoes...They were both physically fit.  And they go up in front of me, and they pay with that card.  Fraud.  Absolute, 100 percent, all it is is fraud."
