The msnbc community shares hopes on issues that matter to them

Updated

Growing Hope is msnbc’s invitation to Americans to share their hopes for change around issues that impact our communities.

“I hope that healthy, organic, fresh food will be more available and affordable in urban cities. Vegetables should not cost more than burgers.”

“I hope that we can have more gun control in order to put an end to all the accidents and senseless violence.”

“I hope that every mother has access to the basic health information she needs to care for herself and her family.”

“Renew our economy by ‘greening’ it with renewable energy & regenerative agriculture + infrastructure renewal!”

“I hope more people get involved in the efforts to assist unaccompanied immigrant youth. They are a vulnerable population in a complex system”

“My hope is to spread the awareness and effectiveness of knowledge. Sexual health is something in which we can control with education.”

“I hope that our community can strive towards increasing the transparency of the ingredients in the food we consume.”
