Tamron Hall, host of msnbc's NewsNation, said women today must continue to fight for equality in terms of their paycheck, health care, and representation in government.

"Our battle is equality," she said, appearing in an interview with BET.

"We still make less than men in the workplace," she noted. "We outnumber men when it comes to the number of people who vote, but we still have a handful of women who are in the Senate and who are representatives.”

She's right of course. Women have been outvoting men by millions every year since 1964. Now, why is that "women vote" so important to Mitt Romney and President Obama?
