Informally dubbed “The Quake in Salt Lake,” the highly anticipated charity boxing match between former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney and former heavyweight champion of the world Evander Holyfield took Salt Lake City by storm Friday night, raising $1 million for CharityVision.

Ann Romney sits on the board of the organization, and their son, Josh, serves as its volunteer part-time president. CharityVision is committed to “empowering local physicians in the developing world and creating sustainable solutions to the worldwide blindness epidemic,” according to the website. The million dollars raised in the boxing match will help restore the vision of 40,000 people in developing countries, Mitt Romney tweeted
