#msnbcpride Terms of Submission

 

Thank you for your interest in submitting your questionnaire to #msnbcpride (“Questionnaire”). By submitting your Submission, you agree that the answers to your Questionnaire, in whole or in part, may appear on msnbc.com (the “Website”) or on MSNBC’s social media accounts and may be broadcast on-air on MSNBC or other NBC News programs. You agree that your name and your answers to this Questionnaire, including your name, the name of any individual you mention in the Questionnaire and any personal information you include in the Questionnaire, will appear online and on television. You agree to those uses of the Questionnaire, in perpetuity, without additional notification, permission, approval, or compensation. You represent and warrant that you have permission to include the names, likeness, factual information and biographical details of any individual included in the Questionnaire, and acknowledge that uploading the Questionnaire is consent to the use, and reuse by MSNBC and NBC News of the content of the Questionnaire.

Your Questionnaire should not contain material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, or racially or morally offensive. Your Questionnaire must be your own original work. You agree that NBCU and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have no obligation to give you credit for your Questionnaire but in their sole discretion may elect to do so.

Nothing in these Terms of Submission obligates or may be deemed to obligate MSNBC or any other person or entity to exercise any of the rights granted by you. You understand that there will be no payment for your submission or the use of your Submission. MSNBC will have the right to make any changes to your Submission as it determines in its sole discretion

Your Submission will not be acknowledged or returned. You acknowledge and agree that you are sending your Submission voluntarily and not in confidence and that no confidential relationship is intended or created between NBCU and/or any other person or entity, on the one hand, and you, on the other hand, by your submission of your Submission.

If you do not want your Submission to be used and broadcast by MSNBC, then please do not participate.
