Jazz Jennings arrives at the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at the JW Marriott on April 20, 2013 in Los Angeles.

If there’s one thing Jazz Jennings has always known, it’s who she is.

As a face of the new Clean & Clear “See the Real Me” campaign, the trans teen proudly declares, “The real me is happy and proud to be who I am, and I’m just having fun being one of the girls.”

She’s only 14, but already Jazz has emerged as a leading advocate for trans rights, spreading awareness through her YouTube channel and children’s book "I Am Jazz."

Jennings, who began her transition when in kindergarten, was named one of TIME Magazine’s “25 most Influential Teens of 2014,” and has also been listed on the “Out 100” and The Advocate’s “40 Under 40.”

This summer, the teen will star in her own TLC reality show, "All That Jazz."
