The U.S. will embark on the most massive overhaul of its relations with Cuba in more than 50 years, according to senior administration officials.

AFTER HOURS: If you are planning to check in with the office over the holidays, you’ve got plenty of company. A survey or more than 1,000 professionals finds that 57 percent of full time workers plan to work during holiday time off. The after-hours work isn’t limited to holiday time: 64 % of respondents said they work on their days off, and 22 %work at least four hours on those days. Almost half of the respondents said they work an hour or more working after they leave the office. Over the course of a year, that adds up to 32 extra work days a year. Bah humbug. Read more
