OPEN ENROLLMENT: The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reported that there were more than 100,000 applications on the first day of open enrollment for Obamacare — but the day was not free from issues. Consumers and brokers in various states had difficulties logging into and setting up accounts. Washington State had to take its exchange offline after 2015 tax credits were being incorrectly calculated. Read more
