All In Agenda: We have a deal

Updated

Senate leaders finally struck a deal Wednesday on the eve of debt default. The agreement does not appear to include any major changes to Obamacare, as some Republicans wanted, but reports say it would fund the government through January 15 of next year and raise the debt ceiling through February 7. Congress would also have to agree on a long-term plan on the budget by mid-December. Rep. Alan Nunnelee of Mississippi, Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio, and Sen. Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota will join Chris Hayes to talk about how Democrats won through solidarity and holding firm against GOP demands.

Ben Domenech, Publisher of The Federalist and Senior Fellow at the Heartland Institute, will also join the table to talk about the conservative bubble that convinces Republicans they’re winning when they’re not.

Later, Chris will talk about the cost of two and a half weeks of financial uncertainty – over $2 billion at last count.

Plus: Bill Burton, Former Deputy White House Press Secretary and Co-Founder of Priorities USA Action, and Rep. Joaquin Castro of Texas will join Chris to talk about what’s next in Washington. Now that a deal to end the shutdown and raise the debt ceiling is imminent, it looks like the White House may pivot back to immigration reform.
