1. There is a ton of coverage on Obamacare, but how much of it is reliable? We’ll give you a guide to recognizing the most trustworthy ACA coverage. Joining the discussion are: Fmr. 2. Later this evening, the Senate will hold a vote on The Employee Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), a law that will protect LGBT people from workplace discrimination. Sounds good and reasonable, right? Not to House Speaker John Boehner. According to Politico Boehner “believes this legislation will increase frivolous litigation and cost American jobs, especially small business jobs.” Joining Chris Hayes to discuss the cloture vote is MSNBC contributor Michael Steele.

3. Last week Rachel Maddow charged Kentucky Senator Rand Paul with plagiarizing parts of a speech from Wikipedia. On Sunday the Senator addressed the accusation claiming to have never intentionally plagiarized.
