Hermine brings rain, heavy winds to South Carolina
Tropical storm Hermine is making its way up the East Coast after making landfall in Florida last night. Hundreds of thousands are without power and one death is being blamed on the storm. WIS’s Jack Kuenzie reports on the storm conditions from Columbia, South Carolina.
