Resentment is not something most people in 21st-century America carry around in the front of their heads. Once Barack Obama stirs it up, as he's doing now, he has to sustain it for six months. He is asking people to vote out of something resembling, well, depression. Not another soldier scandal... U.S. officials are distancing themselves from photos of U.S. soldiers posing next to Afghan corpses. Since The L.A. Times posted the pictures on Wednesday, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has apologized and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney has called the soldiers' behavior "reprehensible." What does the fallout mean for U.S.-Afghanistan relations? We'll get to that at the MJ roundtable. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is pushing the importance of giving back.
