It’s a good problem compared to everything else, but let’s be honest, it’s only the end of the beginning. And the real question is how and where do we go from here? We’re probably looking at not just days and weeks but months and even years of transition. You have to create order; you want to avoid looting. You want to avoid tribalism. You want to avoid a real breakdown like we saw in Iraq and the aftermath of Saddam…We’re talking about policing, basic services. You’re talking about how do you get ultimately millions of people back to work and feeling safe in their homes and safe in the streets.”
