Former Capitol Records president Joe Smith is donating more than 238 hours of audio interviews with musicians from Paul McCartney to David Bowie to the Library of Congress. The interviews were taped for his 1988 book "Off the Record." Smith joins Morning Joe to discuss the recordings and why he's donating them.June 22, 2012
