A federal court has ruled that the State Department must move faster in releasing Hillary Clinton's emails from her private server during her time as secretary. Meanwhile, The Wall Street Journal reports that top Clinton staffers kept a tight rein on document releases during her tenure at State. It has to do with items requested under the Freedom of Information Act.May 20, 2015
