Dodd: Wikipedia SOPA protest 'height of irresponsibility'
The MPAA's Chris Dodd joins Morning Joe to discuss the highly-controversial Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Protect IP Act (PIPA), which are two bills meant to stop illegal copying and sharing of movies and music on the Internet. Yet sites like Wikipedia have shut down to protest the bills, which many say would encourage Internet censorship. Dodd also discusses CFPB head Richard Cordray.
